Customer privacy is a very high priority to Blush. We do not sell, exchange, transfer, or give to any third party for any reason whatsoever any of your details. Blush is committed to safeguarding customer privacy whilst providing the highest possible quality of service. Any information that we collect about you, the Customer, is done lawfully and is used purely for our own records and accounts (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). Customers will be contacted by e-mail in the event of difficulties with an order, or to up-date them on order status. Unsolicited e-mails will never be sent.
All credit card details taken on the site are on the secure Paypal Pro system. No financial details are logged by Blush. We collate the information supplied to us through enquiries, shopping basket checkout forms, and each time customers e-mail us. By doing this we can give a better service to the many repeat customers who use Blush. By joining our mailing list you supply us with additional demographic data. This helps us to improve the site and our service to you as a customer, or a potential customer. It is an opt-in newsletter and you will be given the option to opt out of the list at any time.

All prices quoted on our pages are in UK pounds (GBP) and are shown with and without VAT. The full amount of your order is shown in the shopping cart, with VAT (at the current rate of 20%) added automatically and shown prior to placing the order. Orders from customers outside the EU for delivery outside the EU will not be charged VAT (tax).

We accept payment by Paypal and all major Credit and Debit cards (American Express customers please call us prior to placing your order). UK, IOM and Channel Island cheques are acceptable but no order will be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared. We aim to deliver goods as quickly as we can (normally within 7 working days), but we are only human and things do occasionally go wrong. For items which are in stock, dispatch will be by the end of the next working day. If the item is out of stock or made to measure, this may take a little longer. We will notify you by e-mail if there are any problems, or in the unlikely event of any item being unavailable.
We offer a full money-back guarantee. Should you find any item to be unsuitable, you must return it to Blush strictly within 14 days; complete with all original packaging and labels intact. The goods must also be undamaged, unwashed, unworn and unsoiled. Any items found to be marked by lipstick, deodorant or make-up will not be refunded. Please also be aware that we will not refund on items returned to us which smell of tobacco or perfume. We would ask that customers trying briefs at home do so over their own for reasons of hygiene. As long as these conditions are met, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund.
Please be aware that all our items are shipped from the UK. Some counties impose customs charges/taxes on items being imported; this is beyond our control and it is therefore the responsibility of the customer to meet these costs. Blush Lingerie cannot be held responsible for these charges.
Any return from outside the UK must be marked clearly 'RETURNED GOODS' failure to do this could result in customs charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Whilst we are happy to receive returned items, please be aware that we do not refund the cost of return shipping. However, we will always refund any initial shipping cost when the item is refunded.
We recommend that all returned items are sent using a 'recorded' mail service. Regrettably, we are unable to refund or exchange returned items lost in the post.
In order to process your refund quickly we request that your order number and customer name is included in the returned package.
These items are solely made to order and to measure,and as such we regret that we can only offer a refund or an exchange on faulty goods or if we make an error in your order. Should this be the case, you must return the item to Blush within 14 days, complete with all original packaging and labels intact. The goods must also be in their original condition and unsoiled. As long as these conditions are met, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund.
We regret that due to the nature of the items we cannot accept returns unless the packaging is unopened.
Refunds will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of being agreed. We recommend, for your own security, that you obtain 'proof of posting' from the Post Office when returning items.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law. Law Applicable These conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and all disputes arising in connection therewith shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
