Blush Lingerie
We are a small independant shop who take pride in the items we sell and how we sell them. We aim to offer the very best lingerie and also the very best service. To this end we aim to ensure that every item we dispatch is in tip-top condition.
Confidentiality and Privacy Statement
Customer privacy is a very high priority to Blush lingerie. We do not sell, exchange, transfer, or give to any 3rd party for any reason whatsoever any of your details. Blush Lingerie is committed to safeguarding customer privacy whilst providing the highest possible quality of service. Any information that we collect about you, the customer, is done lawfully and is used purely for our own records and accounts (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). Customers will be contacted by e-mail in the event of difficulties with an order, or to up-date them on order status. Unsolicited e-mails will never be sent.
Security
All credit card details taken on the site are on a secure server. These details are then encrypted, ensuring the maximum security possible. Credit cards are not transacted automatically, each one is carried out personally to ensure the highest standards are always maintained and financial details will not be kept on file for more than 60 days. Information collected About You, the customer
We collate the information supplied to us through enquiries, shopping basket checkout forms, and each time customers e-mail us. By doing this we can give a better service to the many repeat customers who use Blush. By joining our mailing list you supply us with additional demographic data. This helps us to improove the site and our service to you as a customer, or a potential customer, but you will be given the option to opt out of the list with every newsletter that is sent.
In General
We also collect information automatically about visits to our site. This information gives us an insight into browsing patterns, browsers used, screen resolutions, search words etc... It contains no personal information and cannot be used to identify individuals.
Use of personal information
Personal information is used to help us in: providing you with the best possible service processing orders conducting market research providing you with information about products and special offers. Disclosures
We do not pass your information to any 3rd party. Information regarding order processing is limited to item, colour & size. Where made to measure items are concerned this may also include your measurements.

Prices
All prices quoted on our pages are in UK pounds (GBP) and exclude VAT. VAT (at the current rate of 17.5%) is added automatically by the shopping basket and shown prior to placing the order. Orders from customers outside the EU for delivery outside the EU will not be charged VAT(tax).
Postage & Packing
The cost of Postage & Packing is calculated by the shopping basket and is dependent upon destination (including VAT where applicable). All UK postage is now free.
Payment
We accept payment by Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Switch and American Express. No card account will be debited unless your ordered items are avilable, or, in the case of 'made to measure/order' items, that manufacturing can start. UK, IOM & Channel Island cheques are acceptable but no order will be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared.
All credit/debit card details given over the Internet to this site are processed and encrypted via a secure server. All personal details are securely protected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Delivery
We aim to deliver our goods as quickly as we can (normally within 7 working days), but we are only human and things do occasionally go wrong. For items which are in stock, dispatch will be by the end of the next working day. If the item is out of stock or made to measure, this may take a little longer. For made-to-measure/order Items, such as Diki, De Pledge or Jane Woolrich, please allow approximately 28 days. We will notify you by e-mail if there are any problems, or in the unlikely event of any item being unavailable.
Returns
Standard Items (not made-to-measure/order)
We offer a full money back guarantee. Should you find any item to be unsuitable, you must return it to Blush strictly within 14 days; complete with all original packaging and labels intact. The goods must also be undamaged and unsoiled. As long as these conditions are met, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund. (Please note, we deduct £2.00 to cover card charges and admin costs).
Made-to-measure/order Items (Diki or Jane Woolrich)
These items are solely made to order and to measure, we regret that we can only offer refund or exchange for faulty goods or if we make an error in your order. Should this be the case, you must return the item to Blush within 14 days, complete with all original packaging and labels intact. The goods must also be in their original condition and unsoiled. As long as these conditions are met, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund.
Personal Items [Braza, Reveal etc...]
We regret that due to the nature of the items (adhesive contact to skin) we cannot accept returns unless the packaging is unopened
General
Refunds will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of being agreed. We recommend, for your own security, that you obtain 'proof of posting' from the Post Office when returning items.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law. Law Applicable These conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and all disputes arising in connection therewith shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
