Bra's

A large percentage of women are wearing the wrong size bra;

Are you one of them?
Do you find: Cause:
Your Bosom is bulging out of the top, or sides, of the cup and your bust looks lumpy under clothes? 'CUP SIZE' is too small. Your bosom should be totally encased in the cups.
Does the cup wrinkle, particularly at top and sides? 'CUP SIZE' is too big. Your bosom should be enclosed in the cups with a smooth silhouette
Does your Bra rides up your back? The bra is too big around your body (bra 'BACK SIZE'). The strap should fit very snugly around your rib cage.
Do the wires stick out at the front, or dig in under your arms? 'CUP SIZE' is too small. The wires should lie flat against your body and fully encase your bosom.
Do the straps dig into your shoulders? The shoulder straps are too tight.
or,
The bra 'BACK SIZE' is too big. The main support for your bosom should come from the strap around your body and the cup, not the shoulder straps.

Bra size made easy
To ensure the perfect fit of any Bra you need two measurements. The first is your 'BACK SIZE' this is always represented by a number, such as the 32 in 32 B. This measurement is taken using a tape measure just beneath your bust. The second measurement is always a letter, such as the B in 32 B; this represents your 'CUP SIZE' and is the size of your bosom.

First measure underneath your bust ( line 'A' on the picture below ) to find your Bra 'BACK SIZE', then measure around the fullest part of your bust ( line 'B' on the picture below) for the 'CUP SIZE' and check them against the sizes in the chart below.
